Chips Originals
These are the games we built. There are seventeen of them — Dice, Crash, Limbo, Plinko, Keno, Mines, Towers, Coinflip, Hilo, Twentyone, Blackjack, Videopoker, Russian Roulette, Crossover and three roulette variants — and they are the only games on the site whose fairness you can check yourself, hand by hand.
Everything else here, from the slots to the live tables, asks you to trust a licence and an audit. The originals do not. Every result is produced by @provableio/provable-core, an MIT licensed library published on npm, and every one of those results can be recomputed from the seeds that produced it.
How to verify a result
Every bet is derived from a server seed, your client seed and a nonce that increments with each wager.
The server seed is shown hashed before you play, which commits us to it without revealing it.
Changing your client seed retires the old server seed and publishes it in full.
Paste all three into the bet validator and it recomputes the outcome independently.
If the number the validator produces matches the bet in your history, that result was settled against a seed committed before you played. The exact arithmetic each game applies to the random float — the dice roll formula, Limbo's 1% house edge calculation, Keno's shuffle — is published on the game events page.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does provably fair mean?
That you can prove a result was not manipulated, rather than being asked to trust it. The casino commits to a hashed server seed before you bet, and reveals it afterwards so the outcome can be recalculated from scratch.
How do I verify one of my bets?
Open the bet in your history and use Verify Bet, which opens the validator with the seeds and nonce already filled in.
Are Chips Originals better odds than slots?
They are generally lower house edge and far more transparent about it — Limbo, for instance, applies a stated 1% edge. The published formulas mean you can confirm the maths rather than take it on faith.
Is the code really open source?
Yes. The RNG library is MIT licensed with its source on GitHub, and it is the same code that runs in production.
