Tribe Slot Review
Introduction
Tribe is a Medium-High volatility video slot from Endorphina with a 96% RTP, a 5x3 layout, and 9 adjustable paylines, available to play at Chips.gg. Released in 2018, it visits an isolated forest settlement and hangs its whole identity on one feature: Unlimited Free Games, a free-spin round that never ends on its own. As long as a blue sun stays on the counter, the spins keep coming with every win tripled, which turns a modest nine-line classic into a genuinely unusual bonus chase.

Game Features and Bonuses
Unlimited Free Games: landing 3+ Scatters starts free spins with all wins multiplied 3x. There is no fixed spin count; the round continues while at least one blue sun remains on the counter.
The sun economy: green suns add a blue sun to the counter and pay 2x the stake; red suns remove a blue sun and also pay 2x the stake. Both arrive randomly, so the round's length is a tug-of-war you watch in real time.
Fisherman Wild: substitutes for all paying symbols and multiplies the wins it joins, landing on any reel.
Scatter pays anywhere and adds its own multiplier to wins it contributes to.
Risk gamble: Endorphina's signature card duel is available after any win, double or nothing against the dealer's card.
Gameplay Mechanics and Strategies
Nine adjustable paylines on a 5x3 grid make the base game simple; the decisions are bet sizing and whether to gamble wins. No strategy changes the 96% RTP, and the gamble feature is a pure coin-flip that adds variance, not value. The real texture is the free-spin round: because its length depends on the random sun balance, outcomes spread much wider than a fixed 10-spin bonus, ranging from a two-spin fizzle to a long tripled run. Budget as you would for a medium-high volatility slot despite the classic look, since the bonus carries most of the game's value and can take a while to land.
Comparison with Similar Slots
Ancient Troy (Endorphina, 96% RTP, 25 lines) shows the studio's same classic construction with a fixed 10-spin bonus and x1-x3 Troy Jokers, a tamer take on the same recipe. Druids' Fortune brings the studio's mystic theming to a modern feature set. For another take on tripled free spins in a compact package, Burning Coins 100 runs Endorphina's fruit line with 100 lines and the same flat 96% math the studio applies across nearly its whole catalog.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the RTP of Tribe at Chips.gg?
The RTP of Tribe as deployed at Chips.gg is 96%. Endorphina ships nearly its entire catalog at this figure, though builds can vary by operator, so the value here is the one that counts.
How do the Unlimited Free Games work?
Three or more Scatters trigger free spins with a 3x multiplier on all wins. The round continues as long as at least one blue sun remains on the counter; green suns add blue suns, red suns remove them, and both pay 2x stake when they appear.
Can the free spins really go on forever?
In principle the round has no fixed end, but the random red suns eventually drain the counter. Long runs happen; infinite ones do not.
Is Tribe a medium-high volatility slot?
Yes, as deployed it is rated High. The unlimited-spin bonus concentrates value into feature rounds, so sessions swing harder than the nine-line format suggests.
Does Tribe have a gamble feature?
Yes, Endorphina's Risk game: after any win you can duel the dealer's card to double the amount, or lose it. It is optional and mathematically neutral-to-negative, so treat it as entertainment.
How many paylines does Tribe have?
Nine, and they are adjustable rather than fixed, which lets you shape the bet per spin.
Conclusion
Tribe is a 2018 Endorphina classic with one genuinely distinctive idea: a free-spin round whose length is a live gamble of suns instead of a fixed counter. The 96% deployed RTP is the studio's standard, the base game is plain nine-line fare, and everything interesting waits inside the bonus. Worth a session if you like feature rounds with real suspense about when they end.
