Rollover & Deposit Bonus

Rollover

• All bonuses carry a rollover requirement before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Note your real balance is used first when playing with a bonus.
• A rollover defines the multiplier in which the sum of your deposit and bonus will need to be turned over. Example of a 30x rollover: $50 deposit + $50 Bonus totals $100 * 30x = $3000 rollover requirement.
• Progress is aproximately calculated using the following formula: Wager * (game edge / 0.035) = progressAmount
• While having a rollover active, your bonus balance including your deposit, will be held in a locked balance until you complete the wagering requirement or your funds deplete down to zero.
• You will not be eligible for challenges while on rollover.
• You cannot purchase a Bonus Buy on slots while in rollover mode.
• Rewards derived from your wager activity will be reduced by aproximately 50% while on rollover.
• Accumulator games are not permitted to be played whilst a bonus with rollover is active.
• Players are strictly prohibited from creating multiple accounts to claim multiple deposit bonuses.
• We reserve the right to deduct funds from any accounts circumventing our rules and terms of service.
• We reserve the right to remove any bonuses or profits thereof without prior notice if we detect a violation of our terms & conditions.
• Any form of bonus or cashback abuse, including but not limited to, using multiple accounts, or any other form of fraudulent activity will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds.
• We reserve the right to review transaction records and logs at any time. If it appears that a player is participating in strategies that we deem to be abusive, we reserve the right to revoke the entitlement to the bonus.

Activating The Bonus

• Bonuses issued at the discretion of the Company are subject to one per individual, household, civic address, e-mail address, deposit instrument, bank account, telephone number, computer/device and / or IP address.
• By Registering with a deposit bonus code you automatically accept the terms and conditions for the deposit bonus that was advertised to you at the time of signing up.
• Registering with a deposit bonus code will automatically claim the deposit bonus code on your account.
• You must make a successful deposit following the claiming of a deposit bonus code to obtain your bonus funds into your locked balance.
• You are able to claim a unique deposit bonus code only once.
• The minimum deposit to claim a deposit bonus is 50$ and must not exceed 2000$.
• Your deposit bonus code will be automatically canceled, if you deposit under the minimum amount of 50$ or over the maximum amount of 2000$ and the promotion cannot be reactivated.
• Any deposit made following the claim of a deposit bonus code, must be a confirmed transaction on the network of your currency before the deposit bonus code expires.
• Deposit bonus codes have an expiry date. These dates are individual to the promotion you are claiming and must be checked by you before you claim it.
• Deposits via a smart contract are not accepted at Chips and are marked as a failed deposit, requiring manual crediting to your account.
• A failed deposit that is credited manually will not activate your deposit bonus wager.
• When activating the deposit bonus wager you will receive a locked balance that you can only access and view when you are inside a casino game.
• When activating the deposit bonus wager you will receive a locked balance of (Deposit_Amount + Bonus_Percentage), for example if you deposit a 100$ with a 200% bonus you will receive 300$.
• Both your deposit and your bonus funds will be combined together in a locked balance.
• Your deposit can not be refunded by canceling the deposit bonus wager or failing to complete the wager.

Completing The Bonus

• Not All Slots or games count towards wagering.
• It is your sole responsibility to ensure the game you are playing is eligible and shows the required tag(s) for your enabled bonus.
• Placing any bet, of any value on a game that does not have the required tag(s) will void your ability to cash out your deposit bonus funds if you successfully complete the wager.
• The deposit bonus wager requirement is (Locked_Balance * Wager_Multiplier) Example: You have a total of $300 locked balance (Deposit + Bonus) on a 40x wager deposit bonus code you will need to wager $12,000 to complete the deposit bonus wager.
• Voided deposit bonus will not be allocated any of the locked balance (Deposit or Bonus) to their cash balance.
• When you complete the deposit bonus wager successfully your locked balance amount will immediately be credited into your account balance.
• Upon completing the wager, any pending games, bonuses, or winnings will be forfeited.
• Deposit bonus wagers have an expiry time, you need to complete the wagering requirement before the end of the specified expiry time.
• When a deposit bonus wager expires you will lose all of your wager progress and your locked balance (Deposit and Bonus).
• The maximum permitted bet amount while a bonus is pending or actively being turned over is $5.00 USD.
• Buying bonuses or using special features of any game are not allowed.

Canceling The Bonus

• If you cancel your deposit bonus whilst still having an active locked balance, all funds; your deposit funds and bonus funds combined will be forfeited.
• By canceling a deposit bonus code you will not benefit from this deposit bonus code in any future deposits.
• You can not enable the deposit bonus code claimed again after canceling.
• By canceling a deposit bonus wager you forfeit any remaining locked balance.
• If you cancel a deposit bonus after placing a bet, your deposit is forfeited in the locked balance and will not be refunded.
